The conceptual design for the NMMC Sports Complex aims to create a multi-functional hub that caters to both recreational and community needs. The development includes a state-of-the-art sports complex featuring modern facilities for various sports. In addition, the design incorporates a multipurpose community hall, ideal for events and gatherings, as well as a public library to promote education and leisure.

To address the growing demand for parking, an underground parking facility will serve the sports complex and other public buildings on the site. The project also includes a senior citizen center, providing a dedicated space for the elderly to engage in activities and social interactions. A market area is included to support local commerce and provide residents with essential services. The design ensures seamless integration of these amenities, creating a vibrant and well-connected community space.
