Ar. Kedar Satam is the founder and principal architect of Kedar Satam Architects (KSA), a prominent architectural firm based in Navi Mumbai. With over 18 years of extensive experience in the industry, Kedar has played a pivotal role in establishing KSA as one of Navi Mumbai's most sought-after architectural practices. His architectural journey began under the mentorship of renowned Indian architects Mayuresh Katira and Nitin Parulekar, where he contributed to high-profile hospitality, commercial, and residential projects. This invaluable experience provided a strong foundation for Kedar's architectural expertise and design philosophy.
Ar. Swati Satam is the co-founder and head of departments at Kedar Satam Architects (KSA), a prominent architectural firm in Navi Mumbai. With over 18 years of expertise in architecture and interior design, Swati plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s creative direction and leading a skilled team of Architects, Engineers and Interior Designers. Her career began under the mentorship of the renowned architect Ar. Vinod Mehra, where she gained invaluable experience across a wide range of architectural and interior projects, refining her skills and approach to design.
Ar. Jeevan holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Mumbai and a postgraduate degree in Urban-Regional Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi (GoI). He specializes in Urban-Regional Planning, Airport Planning, and Master Planning for large-scale projects. With experience working as a consultant for government authorities such as TPVD, MMRDA, MMB, and MSRDC of the Government of Maharashtra, Ar. Jeevan has contributed to the preparation of development plans, tourism plans, and the planning and execution of various infrastructure projects across Maharashtra. His expertise in master planning and project management plays a crucial role in ensuring that KSA maintains the high quality of work aligned with its core philosophy.
Ar. Manas graduated from the University of Mumbai and has practiced in various cities, including Mumbai, Vadodara, and Navi Mumbai. After completing his graduate studies, Manas began his career at P.G. Patki Architects, where he worked as a BIM Architect on large-scale commercial and office buildings. With a passion for planning, Manas now oversees major residential and redevelopment projects at KSA, where he is actively involved in design development and project coordination. Known for his dedication to creating practical spaces and his strong interest in residential high-rise planning, Manas contributes innovative, yet functional solutions to each project.

Ar. Anuradha graduated from the University of Mumbai and has professionally practiced in Pune. She approaches architectural projects with a fresh and creative perspective. With a deep interest in building planning and execution, Anuradha has gained valuable experience in design, coordination, and liaising throughout her professional career. A passionate designer, she is dedicated to creating harmonious spaces that integrate the principles of Vastu Shastra to enhance balance, energy flow, and well-being within each environment. At KSA, her responsibilities include assisting senior architects with design development.
Ar. Aaditi is an architectural graduate from Dr. Baliram Hiray College of Architecture, University of Mumbai. She brings a fresh and innovative outlook to architectural projects, with a keen interest in residential architecture and project execution. Throughout her practice in Mumbai, she has gained experience in commercial interior design and the project approval process. At KSA, her role includes assisting with interior and architectural design, site coordination, and developing impactful presentations. Her modern perspective and bold design ideas make her a valuable asset and a promising contributor to the field.
Sami holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from MGM College of Engineering and Technology. He is experienced in structural design and construction site management and has conducted research in the fields of Transportation and Highway Engineering. Sami is actively involved in NMMC projects at KSA, where he plays a crucial role in both the estimation process and site operations management. His responsibilities are multifaceted, serving as a bridge between the planning and execution phases of a project. Sami ensures that projects are completed smoothly, on time, with high-quality standards, and within budget.
