This project proposes a comprehensive Village Rehabilitation Masterplan for communities affected by the expansion of Wildlife Sanctuary boundaries. The masterplan is strategically developed in alignment with the Land Acquisition Act and the National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA) Guidelines, ensuring a sensitive, sustainable, and inclusive approach. The objective is to relocate and rehabilitate displaced villages through thoughtfully designed settlements that integrate essential infrastructure, livelihood opportunities, community spaces, and ecological balance, while minimizing human-wildlife conflict. The proposal aims to secure both conservation goals and the long-term well-being of the relocated population.
